Hi,

I am interested to buy your Event Booking for Joomla 3.0.

The following is important for me:

I need an automatic generated German Invoice PDF from Event Booking
send to successful registered and paid participant in an event
and a copy of this invoice to my company with the following fields:

- Adress of Participants
- Invoice Number (001, 002, 003, 004, ... etc.)
-Tax support

Pretty much the same content and look like the invoice pdf of "Lu Treitinger" in your forum?

What should I do to realise the same or is it possible to realise it with your Event Booking component?

Unfortunately, at the moment, Events Booking doesn't support invoice feature, so if you really need this feature, you will need find a different extension !

The invoice feature is being working on at the moment. It will be available in the extension within next week. Please be patient and wait for us.

Hi Tuan,

first of all thank your very much for this wonderful event booking extension.

I have taken time to test precisely and intensively the new extension and invoice functionalities.

Everything works fine so far.

Unfortunately my client needs the calculation of tax and price in the invoice in a different way - see attachment

Example Invoice - Price of Event incl.. Tax

Could you please assist to implement this?

Unfortunately, customize code to meet individual customer need is not in scope of our support. So in this case, if you really need to have this modification, you will have to pay for this custom development.

If that's OK, please drop an email to services@joomdonation.com explain exactly what you need. I will look at it and reply with our quotation for that modification.

Just installed the latest 2.9.1 version Tuan.
Question is: is it easy to resend an invoice later if our customer lost it (let's say after few months he attended an event)? Is there a button that allows to resend an invoice for a specific order? Thanks for your reply.

Hi

You can go to Events Booking -> Registrants, select the registration record you want to re-send invoice and then press Resend Email button in the toolbar. The the system will resend the confirmation email (which contains the invoice) and it will solve your issue
