I need to define one or more periods during which an employee doesn't work and not just add some rest days? If one employee doesn't work from 15.02.2014 to 15.03.2014 and then again from 2.07.2014 to 27.07.2014, how can I manage this information?

Hi Andrea,
Unfortunately, currently OS Services Booking only have feature to add each Rest day. It doesn't have option to add the rest days range (from, to) as your request.
