We have a many PDFs for registered users only

We have a small genealogical society and I am still setting up the site. We also have many of our old publications in PDF format available to view or download. We are using Joomla 3.2 and our site is at cfgs.org . Many of the PDFs are at cfgs.org/index.php/publications/buried-treasure .

Once our login module is finished we will have both registered users and members. (Members will also be registered users.) We want to make some documents available for guests, others for regeistered users and some for only members. We want everyone to be able to find our documents by searching Google but we want to control who can view and download them. We would like to keep our page layout similar to what it is now because there are so many documents avaialble.

Would all of the above be possible using EDocMan?

All of the requirement above are available except that EDocman doesn't have that same kind of layout with the one of your site (doesn't have A-Z filter...).

But I think the layout in EDocman looks much better, so you can go ahead to purchase EDocman and give it a try. If it doesn't work as expected, we will be happy to refund the money of your purchase.
