Is this company still operating?

I purchased membership pro yesterday but was never sent the link to download it. Since then I've emailed twice and posted to "contact us" forms without reply. Does anyone know of another way to contact them?

Create an account with the same email you used to purchase. Once the account is created you will see at the top right My Downloads. It just purchased OS Services Booking and it worked for me.

Thanks for the reply. I just tried that. When I tried to register I got the message this email is in use and so I requested my username. then I got a message that this user is blocked. So, in short, I'm stuck.

Normally, the system will send the extension to you right after you made payment. Maybe your mail server blocked the email and that's the reason you didn't receive it.

I only received your email at 3am and just wake up (it is 7:20am now). I just sent the extension to your email (again). Could you please check and confirm that you receive the extension ?

I am new to this. Just registered today.

The only thing I would suggest is try to login with the email and password you used to purchase.

If I remember rightly the site asked you for an email and password when you purchased.

If you are getting that message then your account has been created so it's just a matter of working out how to access it.

You could also try a password recovery with the same email address. I assume the site has one.

If you still have no joy then I would submit another ticket.
