Hello!

I bought your "Price Shipping" VM 2.0 plugin and it works quite well! However I noticed a few bugs.

1. If i want to create TWO of these plugins (for two different shipping options), and offer two types of free shipping then the plugin doesn't work.

The first option will load (over a certain amount is free), but the 2nd option will not take $ "0.00" as an amount for free shipping (plugin won't load). The lowest value I must enter for it to load in the front-end is $ "1"

2. On the plugin front-end you can see their is an extra " " (space) added at the end between the Name of the Shipping Plugin and the Price.
