OS PDF Indexer security

hi, i have a question this extensión can protect the pdf's directory for only display the pdf and search to register user?, acctually use ifile but when a i search on googlo or another engine, show the url, www.mysite.com/....../..../FILE.pdf the only way can i protect is using .htacces, but is a doublé password

The extension never display the full path to the documents like the way JiFile works, so you don't have to worry about this security issue.
