Manual sending documents after purchase was created by Eric Serejski
Hello,
After reading most the forums' topics I still have a question about DMS. I would wish to know if a document (pdf or epub) can be send manually after it has been purchased. By this I mean: (1) A person purchases the document. (2) DMS provides them with an explanation that a link to the document will be available within xx hours. (3) During that time I "personalize" the document (i.e. add the name of the buyer in the document) and finally (4) I then forward the personalized document.
This would be another form of finding out the origin of a document if it is then distributed by the buyer.
Thank you in advance,
Eric

Hi Eric
Yes. It is possible. After users purchase the document, the system will send the user a customized email message (you can change the email messages from Configuration area of the site).
So in this case, you just need to edit the message, explain to the user that you will send him in the next few hours... When you have the document ready, simply check the order, find the customer email and email the document to him .
Hope it meets your requirement.
