Hi

To be honest, I don't have any clue about nonprofit Paypal Business account. If that kind of Paypal account has IPN feature (which are available on Premier and Business Paypal account) it will work. If Paypal IPN is not available in this kind of Paypal account, it won't work.

Maybe you can ask Paypal directly about it !
