OS Template - OS Property version 2.0.9

Hi,
The OS property template came with OS Property Extension 2.0.8, you've just recently launched OS Property Extension 2.0.9 but I can only download OS Template (where the odd create and last update date match, so I presume no change), how can I upgrade the OS Property Extension to 2.0.9 please?

Thanks for this, I can see it now and have installed it. It has all gone fine except when installing mod_ospropertyajaxsearch.zip

This gave the following error.
"Module Install: Another module is already using directory:" ... "/modules/mod_ospropertyajaxsearch"

You don't need to install the ajax search module again
