Paid for Extension. Never received in email.

Never received the extension attached to the email that was sent after purchasing.

Dead links in the email.

Have not heard back from support.

On my third attempt to get passed the Captcha to submit this post. Very irritated.

The extension contains a binary file used to index documents, so sometime, it is blocked by mail server. In this case, please access to My Downloads menu item, you will see your order and can download the extension from there !
