A few questions before I purchase!

I need a few questions answered before i purchase.

1. Can registered users upload files from Joomla front end? If so can I restrict this feature to a certain group of people?

2. I need to be able to inform users when new files are added to the database. Is this possible in documents seller?

3. Can free items be added to a shopping cart for bulk download?

Sadly I couldn't wait for an answer as i have time constraints. So i purchased the component.

This component does not do what I need. i.e. no front end uploads, no way to add free downloads to a cart and no way to notify users that new files are ready to download.

Any chance we could get a refund or your old docman seller module please?

Of course I can send the Docman Seller to you . However, If you can wait until wednesday next week , I will have next version which users can upload documents for selling .

Great news about user uploads.

Do you have plans to allow free items to be added to a cart and be bulk downloaded?

I also need to be able to notify customers when new files are uploaded. I currently use docman notify for this. are there any plans to add this functionality?

If new versions can handle all the above I will be happy to wait.

If I have time, I will include it in the next version . Otherwise , you will have to wait for the version after that . Don't worry, features will be added from time to time to the extension !

You can get the latest version of the extension by accessing Your Orders menu item in user menu to download it .

There are two of the listed features added :

- Users can upload files. However, If you enable this feature, all registered users can upload files .
- When someone upload files, there will be notifications email sent to administrator and confirmation email sent to user who uploads the document .

The new version is not ready yet . I am still testing it at the moment .
