Payment Gateways

Hello, I am setting up a website that needs specific payment gateway integration. My client is using FirstData but needs a more specific answer. Please read what the support agent wrote. Is either of your plugins, FirstData or Authorize.net compatible with what he is referencing here. Thank you

It only seems to mention First Data generically and not which First Data gateways that it is compatible with. Looking at the comments on the page it appears someone references Connect 2.0 which is our legacy gateway and not e4. You may want to ask the developer what specific e4 products it is compatible with. It also mentions that it is compatible with Authorize.net. If it is compatible with Authorize.net “SIM” method and not just the AIM method, and you have access to change the endpoint it is pointing to, then you could use it with the e4 gateway. But you will want to confirm if it is only compatible with the FDGG gateway or if it is compatible with e4 as well.

Can you please help me to understand if your plugins will work with my customers gateway.

Does the FirstData or Authorize.net plugins support the e4 gateway?

Unfortunately, the current First Data and Authorize.net plugins don't support First Data E4. The easiest way would be editing the Authorize.net SIM plugin to make it works with First Data E4 but it will need about two days of working !

Your new extension EShop has E4 capabilities now? Can this be used for Joom Donation or are you adding it soon? I am hoping to use both this and the EShop on my site.

Can you tell me if this will support recurring donations using E4?

Currently, we can only add support for onetime donation, not recurring. I don't have enough time to implement recurring donation at this time !

That's fine, I am just glad to be able to use it at all now.

Do you think it will be something added in the future? Maybe some compensation to add it?

I am going to be updating a site in a few months and hope to use the Eshop and Joom Donation with E4 for them.
