Still waiting for my account to be created

I really don't know what's going on. I purchased joomdonation and MY ACCOUNT has not been activated to allow downloads.
I already sent numerous emails with my purchased email account. Can anyone look into this issue?

Usually, you will received an email contains the extension when you purchased the extension . Maybe the mail server does not work at the time you purchased, so you didn't receive the extension .

I just sent the extension to you via email . Please check your email to get the extension .
