Donations associated with "products"

Can donations be associated with a "product" ... for example, the purpose of my website is to donate to specific orphans. Is there a way to track which donation belongs to which orphan?

Yes. Joom Donation has a feature called Campaign, users can choose campaign they want to donate from list of campaign. So in this case, you can Map between campaigns in Joom Donation with orphans .

What I mean is... instead of generally donating to the website as a hole... can donations be tied to a specific thing or "product" ... in my case, orphans.

Do you see the campaing dropdown list ? I think you can change the title from Campaign To Orphan (this can be changed easily from back-end of Joom Donation via Translation function) . And I think the system will work as you want .

Here are my answers to your questions :

1) Can there be multiple donation amounts for each "campaign"? (ex. 100, 300, 500, 800, 1000)

=> Yes . It can .

2) Can you administer accounts if the reoccurring billing has ceased due to an expired credit card? In other words, is there an interface to update billing records?

=> It is not possible within Joom Donation . The way it works is that when a recurring payment happen, It will update total donation amount for this donation . If your creditcard expired, the recurring payment won't happen, so the total donation amount won't be updated .

3) Can you set up affiliate percentages or commissions on donations?

=> Sorry, no affiliate feature available in Joom Donation .
