Hi,
Yes, you can change the icon if you want, the current compare icon is in
components/com_osproperty/images/assets/compare.png
You can copy another icon to that folder to replace the existing. If you can, please send the icon to me, we will take a look at it, and if it is better than current, we will replace the icon.

I've change it as attached, it's little bit big but visitor will know what it's mean & how to use
