hi i am looking for a filter module for virtuemart custom fields, doing a search I found your form, and I was wondering:

you can use the select instead of the check box?
fields can be operated in a cascade, ie select the first field and the second is filtered and then the third?

Unfortunately, it's impossible to change from checkboxes to select list with field options.
