Is it possible to integrate a credits system (eg. Joom Credits) for helpdeskpro where by each question a user asks will cost him "x" credits.
And if no credits remaining - prompt user to purchase more before posting a new question or comment?
=> This feature is not available at the moment. However, we will consider adding support for it in future release. Infact, my plan is integrate a payment system into the extension so that users can pay when submit ticket if needed .
Also is it possible to allow more than 1 attachment per ticket/comment?
=> Yes, you can add any number of attachments per ticket/comment.
