Can we turn off Event registration feature?

Hi!

Just wondering if it is possible to turn off the ability for visitors to register for an event so that it doesn't show the Register (Individual), Register (Group) buttons or anything else related to registration like # of people registered, Available Place, or individual price, etc.

You can turn off events registration feature by editing the event, set Registration Type property of that event to "Disable Registration". After that, it will work as expected .
