recurring events feature

Hello,

I have a problem with this function both from backend as well as fron front-end:

Once you have set the recurring events options once, you can never change it.

If, for example, you have made a mistake in the recurring options, then it will not update the child events, even if ticking the update child events box. Also, if you change the end date afterwards, the child events will not be updated, which is ver awkward, as then you have to delete the whole series and start from the start if there has been a mistake.

Unfortunately this happens very often as we have many front-end submissions and users often do not get the recurring options logic straight away.

Please be so kind and fix this quickly.

The update children events checkbox is only used to update basic data of an events such as title, description, price.... I cannot be used to change the recurring settings because when you change the recurring settings, the event date of the child events will be changed.... and it will be impossible for the system to update the events (it could not know which children events to be updated because the event date has changed already....).

So in this case, if you made mistake creating recurring events, you will need to re-create it .
