OS Property Pre sales question

hello again,

i would like to ask is it possible to hide some field from the listing/property information such as address/street/state from unregistered user? and show it only to registered member

my friend ask me to help him create a site for his business, and im not a web developer, so im quite confuse about which component that i need to use for his site

here is the scheme of what he need,
he want to run a single agent property business
he want to hide the address/street from unregistered user and show it only to registered user which he will manually add the user since he need to turn off the joomla registration

do you think OS Property is fit to what he need?

In current version, OS Property hasn't got that feature. But if you want it, i can satisfy it with small modification in the component.
