=> Yes, you can use Offlline payment method in this case .

We have donors that don't want to show their name. In your demo I've seen that donors details are compulsory. Are there settings or we have to modify your default component core?

=> Yes. The extension has a feature which allows donors to choose "Annomyous" when making donation. So even they enter their data in the front-end as correct name but it is still be showed as Annomyous. I believe it will meet your requirement in this case ?
