Does Doc.Seller support a cart-like feature ?

Let's say I have 3 products that can be downloaded/purchased .

Can one user add all 3 products and a SUM be produced and delivered ? Or is it just ONE-by-ONE ?

Yes. This feature is available. You will just need to set Activate Shopping Cart config option to Yes and users will be able to use different products within one checkout .
