Event Booking feature check prior to purchase

Hi there, please tell me:

1. Can EB deal with a price + sales tax? We deal B2B and want to quote the price without tax but take payment for the price including tax
2. Can you have multiple registration types per event, e.g. member price GBP 80, non-member GBP 100? We would deal with checking membership manually outside of the booking process
3. Can you have extra fields specific to an event?

Is there a backend demo system I can try?
