I'm looking for a simple booking form (quotation request form) and payment form for my travel website. I only sell tours, no flights. I need to take customers names, address, total adults, total children, age, tour/product names, and date of intended departure, and may be some additional information. I quote prices after receiving their details and send them a link for payment. Please advise if your Payment Form and/or Event Booking Form are suitable.
I have tried to contact Tuan through Skype but he hasn't answered my query.
