Docman or Document Seller?

Hello,

I've purchased Joom Credits and I need a document seller component. In general what I need is a component that will allow users to upload and sell documents through my website. But the uploaded files should have only a "view" option as I don't want users to download them. Also, I need a rating and/or a feedback/comment system that will enable users to rate and comment their purchases. I've checked two solutions that you offer, Docman and Document Seller but I dont know which of them could fit my needs. If its possible I would like to give me some guidance and help me with my issue.
