Hi
Infact, Payment Form has a custom field type called "Field Upload" . it allows yours site users choose files to upload when processing payment via the form . You can then access to these uploaded files from back-end of your site . I am not sure whether that's what you need .
Regards,
Tuan

I'm sorry. I found the place to add the extension types and was able to load images successfully through the form.
The images made it successfully to the folder but do not show anywhere in the admin area.
When I go to payments in the component admin area and click on first name or last name it shows only partial info from the form. When I click on username it gives a 500 error message.
When I download the csv it gives me the file name of the image but that is not helpful to seeing it or downloading it onto the clients computer.
Are these the only options at this point?
