Automatic Resubmit for Declined Card was created by tlwfamily
We are having a problem when Authorize.net declines a card that it immediately within 10 seconds resubmits to authorize.net a second time. Authorize.net says its nothing on their end and must be something with the donation plugin. Is there a known problem / solution where this happens?
