Delete old payments?

Hi,
I'm wondering if there's a way of deleting old payments from forms? For my needs, once the payment has completed and the admin email has been sent, I don't need to keep records on the website of the form submission, and indeed, I would prefer not to keep this data on the site for longer than necessary. If there isn't already a way, is this something that could be added? Thanks

Can't you use Delete button and delete the record you want ? Or you want to have an automatic way to do that? For example, delete payments older than 2 years automatically ?

Yes, I was hoping for an automated way of doing it, or even just a global option to not keep records of payments after payment completion, either would work.

I will develop a scheduled task plugin allows you to do that in the future

I developed the scheduled task. You can access to My Downloads menu item, download latest package of Payment Form, update it to your site

Then create a scheduled task a described in this documentation docs.joomdonation.com/paymentform/schedu.../delete-old-payments to have old payment records deleted automatically

Be careful: You should set Days to delete payments after parameter for the task to a high value. If you set it to 30 days (or worse 1 days), all payment records old than that configured days will be deleted. The default value for the parameter is 1095, mean 3 years. Set it to the number of your choice
