Change submit button text if there's no fee to submit form?

Hi, I'm wondering if there's a way to change the text in the submit button if a form is free (i.e., has no fee). I have a form that has two conditions, one which requires payment, and the other which does not, but it doesn't make sense for the submit button to say "Process payment" when there's no payment to be made.

Just want to be clear, you want the button text to change, depends on the option users select on the form ?

If so, it is not possible. Maybe you can just change the button to something general, for example, just Submit or Process ?
