[04-May-2026] Payment Form 7.6.0 released

Dear customers !

I’m happy to announce the release of Payment Form version 7.6.0! This release contains below improvements:

1. Allow Using Joomla Mail Template Layout

Joomla 5.2.0+ supports Mail Template Layout  . If you use mail template layout on your site to have consistent mail styling and layout for all emails (HTML emails). If you want to use that mail template layout in Payment Form, you can just set Use Joomla Mail Template config option to Yes and Payment Form will use global Joomla Template Layout for sending email instead of using it's own layout. It makes Payment Form emails look consistent with all other emails send from your site

2. New Payment Plugins 
We develop new payment plugins to support new payment gateways in this release:
- PMF PayPal Expanded Checkout: Support new payment method from PayPal  developer.paypal.com/studio/checkout/advanced  . If you are using PayPal Standard Checkout, consider migrating to this new payment option, PayPal recommends users to update
- PMF Authorize.net Accept Hosted: Redirect users to Authorize.net for processing payment instead of entering credit card directly on your site for processing payment. If you are using PMF Authorize.net SIM payment plugin, consider switching to this new payment option
- PMF SumUp Hosted Checkout: Redirect users to  www.sumup.com/  payment gateway for processing payment
- PMF Nexi Hosted Payment Page: Support Nexi Hosted Payment Page  payment method from Nexi payment gateway
- PMF Rapyd Hosted Checkout: Support Rapyd Hosted Checkout  payment gateway.

3. Added Payment Form - Google Spreadsheet

This is a paid add-on allow synchronize payment records of each form to a configured Google Sheet. Payment records of each form will be synchronized to a separate sheet.

4. Improve Payment Form - Events Booking Voucher Plugin

- Set note for the generated voucher to contain information of the payment record associated with the voucher
- Allow assigning vouchers generated by each form to the selected categories.

5. Improve PayPal Payment Plugin

The PayPal payment plugin was using NVP API for processing refund but that API was deprecated and will be discontinued in the future. We updated PayPal payment plugin to use Rest API for processing refund. So if you are using PayPal payment plugin and need to process refund for payment from administrator area of your site, make sure you edit os_paypal payment plugin and enter new parameters (Client ID and Client Secret) for the payment plugin to be able to process refund

6. Improve + Bugs Fixes For Refund

- Ask admin to confirm before processing refund
- Properly marked the payment record as refunded after processing refund

7. Improve Payment Form - AcyMailing Plugin

Necessary changes were implemented in the plugin to make sure it works well with latest version and upcoming releases of ACYMailing extension

Hello Thuan,

On my site, I did receive an update notification but it can’t be done.

On the other hand, I receive payment for an order; as a result, I receive an email telling me that a new payment has arrived, but when I go to your module:
- no payment is indicated
- no message (astrological question) appears.
