Page is Blank and Menu Is Weird

When I click on the menu the page goes blank and on the menu it looks like this: "pmform » pmform_form_VIEW_DEFAULT_TITLE"

New website under Joomla 1.6 and latest version of Payment Form v1.6? If yes, Tuan probably has bugs in the code. I know the 1.5 version works under 1.5. Does Joomla 1.6 allow 1.5 specific extensions? If so, PF 1.5 may work.

I checked it again in my Joomla 1.6.1 installation on my laptop and didn't see the error. I remember that one client had the same issue and I went to his site to fix it by adding a command into the extension (to load a Joomla lib which should be loaded by default) .


Could you please try to get this file, unzip it and upload it to folder components/com_pmform of your site, then test it again and let me know the reasult ?

Yes. I updated the download package. There is also some serveral issue fixed in the download packages :

1. Translation issue : Joomla 1.6 changed the format of the language file alitle, so I had to modify the code to alitle to make the translation function works with Joomla 1.6 . It works well now !

2. Data type validation : There was a data type validation issue in the version for Joomla 1.6 (for email and mount field) . I fixed it .


So please download the latest version and upgrade to your site. Luckily, in Joomla 1.6, you can simply install the new version on the top of old version (no need to uninstall the old version first) .
