Submitted forms not showing in Component

I've been having this issue for a long time and have been limping along by contacting customers for their info but I need to get it fixed.  I receive the payments on my forms through paypal, but I do not recieve the completed form and there is no record of it in the component.  Any ideas what to to try?

It could be because PayPal IPN is disabled in your account or it is blocked by something on your site
