Available Tags for Emails was created by Dimosthenis
Hi,
I would like to personalize the email sent to the user as payment confirmation.
Looking at the configuration i see:
User Email Body
Available Tags :[PAYMENT_DETAIL], [CAMPAIGN], [FIRST_NAME], [LAST_NAME], [ORGANIZATION], [ADDRESS], [ADDRESS2], [CITY], [STATE], [CITY], [ZIP], [COUNTRY], [PHONE], [FAX],

Hi Tuan,
i dont know why but my post was not posted full although i posted it full.
Anyways. There are two questions:
1. I have created a cutom field 'registration_id' which I would like to be included in the email that both administration and user receives. But i dont know what kind of tag should represent it. Tried to create a common tag but it asks for the value but the value should be dynamic because each user has a different registration id.
2. What is the tags for Transaction ID and Payment Method.
Thanks

Hi
1. For any custom field, you can use the syntax [NAME_OF_FIELD_IN_UPPERCASE]. So for the custom field registration_id, please use the syntax [REGISTRATION_ID]
2. For Transaction ID, please use [TRANSACTION_ID]. For payment method, use [PAYMENT_METHOD] tag
Regards,
Tuan
