How to make an automatic download

I must be missing something but cannot figure out what it is.  It says to upload the file to the media/pm_form folder which I have done but it still doesn't show up - any ideas?

I am trying to make a form where, once the customer pays they are automatically sent a .pdf file. When I look in the form it says "attachment" - when I click select attachment it says "type or select some options" - there are no options. The tool tip on attachment says attachment files must be uploaded to the folder media/proform - which I have done - but it is not showing up in the options box. I hope that is clearer?

Please also go to Payment Form -> Configuration, make sure Allowed File Types config option contains the file types you uploaded to the folder (for example, if you uploaded PDF files, make sure pdf is included in that config option)

After that, you will be able to choose the uploaded files for your form
