Where is the Form Grid? was created by Konstantin Izmailov
Hello,
I recently obtained license for the Payment Form. I wanted to use "Payment for Form Grid" that I saw in Demo. But for some reason I do not see this "Grid" form option among available forms in list of forms in PMForm Admin panel. First question: how can I configure PMForm 7.0.1 to display "Form Grid"?
I tried to use "Fixed Payment Amount" form instead with my Joomla 4.4.5. But the form displays very strange order of fields vertically as shown here:
First Name *
Address *
Last Name *
Address 2
City
Zip
(no Company, etc.?)
Is it possible to change order and position of the fields (so that Last Name is after First Name)?
Thanks!

Hi
1. Yes. You can easily change the ordering of custom fields to meet your need. Just go to Payment Form -> Custom Fields, drag and drop the fields to the position you want (same as how you re-order Joomla articles)
2. To use Form-Grid :
- Create a menu item to link to Form - Modern Layout menu item type of Payment Form. Remember to choose the form you want to display in menu item parameters
- Then edit the custom fields, change Container Size to build the grid. For example, in the demo form:
+ first_name field has Container Size set to 1/3
+ address field has Container Size set to 2/3
That mean first_name and address are being displayed in the same row. And first_name takes 1/3 space, address takes 2/3 space of the row
You can do the same for other fields
Please try to setup it and let us know if you need more assist
Regards,
Tuan

Hi Tuan,
Thank you for quick response! I was able to change the fields sequence, so the Last Name is after First Name.
However, when I tried to edit first_name field, I saw that it already has Container Size=1/3, Position=default,Size=25. I guess, that it does not change size/position because I'm rendering the form using Joomla's HTMLHelper. I can live with the vertical layout as well. But please let me know if it possible to get the Grid Form when it rendered in my custom's plugin div element. Thank you!
P.S. also trying to solve another issue when Payment Confirmation button is not working. The reason is that I'm having jQuery 'click' handler, and it intercepts the button click. It is not PMForm issue. What people usually do to resolve interception of the button click by the jQuery handler?

Maybe you can submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site and link to the form so that we can try to check the grid layout issue?

Hey Tuan,
A related question.
My form appears in Modern layout when I link it via a menu item.
I just appears vertically when I put it in a module position.
Am I missing a setting someplace in my module ?

Thanks
Dave

Already was set to Modern.
Set it to Default saved it. Set it back to Modern and saved.
Same result.
