Today, I released Payment Form version 6.11.4 which contains some improvements below:
1. Support Refunding Payment
From this release, you can process refund for the payment record you want from Payments Management screen if needed. Click on a payment record, on edit screen, you will see Refund Payment button to process the refund (only for the payment plugin support refund API). As of right now, the following payment plugins support it:
- PayPal (need to enter advanced parameters in the payment plugin)
- PayPal Pro
- Stripe
- Stripe Checkout
- Mollie
- Squareup Card
If you use one of these payment plugins, after updating to this latest version of Payment Form, please download and update to latest version of the payment plugins, too
2. Compatible with Joomla 5.1
There were some changes in Joomla 5.1.0 which breaks some payment plugins. We had to update our payment processing library to make sure payment process working well with Joomla 5.1 (and earlier Joomla versions). So if you are using Joomla 5.1 and payment plugin such as Authorize.net, Stripe...., update to this version is a must
Please update your site to this latest version of Membership Pro to uses these improvements, especially if you are using Joomla 5.1. Thanks for continue using our products and support our development.
