Problem with download file was created by oldandfat
Just download latest Payment Form file payment_form_unzip_first.zip dated 3/1/11 11:25 AM (did it twice 'cause I thought I had a bad download). When I say "extract all" it starts to build the folder and then says "no files to extract".
