payment form amount field was created by adminbe
Hi
Ive created a form payment which allows the user to enter the amount they wish to pay, as instructed by the client.
In the form setting I have set the command
"Set it to 0 or empty to allow users enter the amount they want to pay"
Then in the form fields management i set the default amounts field to show. However it doesn't appear on the payment form.
I then created my own amount field box using the tutorial for the text box custom field type, and the field does show, however when i input a number i get the following error:
'amount must be an float number'
What am i doing worng, all i want to be able to do is have a field which allows the end user to input the amount they want to pay.
regards

Hi
This can be change easily from back-end of the extension. Go to Payment Form -> Translation, find and change the text .
However, I realized something wrong here. It seems you created a menu item to link to the form view of the extension. However, you don't choose the form which you want to display .
Please have a look at the attached screenshot for more detail .
Thanks,
Tuan
