Dependency erased

I have a registration form that the user needs to choose how many children they are registering which determines both the price that they pay as well as how many registration boxes are brought up (ie Child1 Last Name, Child 2 Last Name etc).  I have to fill in the dependency on each Child info box so that it comes up depending on how mabny children are being registered.  I have found that for some reason, the dependencies get wiped out quite easily.   I had simply changed the prices in the field that all the children fields are depending on and it wiped out all the dependency info.

The issue is not very clear to me. Maybe you can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and tell us step by step what we need to do to see that error

We will then check to see why the error happens and get it sorted
