How to delete these two words: Payment for was created by Edward Shih

Hello support,

I wonder how to delete these two words "Payment for" in the form title. Please see the attachment for reference.

Hello

Please go to Payment Form -> Configuration, find this language item PF_FORM_FOR , change it to move that text
