Payment Form: Fields Disappear on Mobile

I am using Payment Form for a membership application on one of my sites.  It works fine on desktop, but if you use it on mobile devices, the entry fields disappear.  The field where they are to enter shows, but they can't see what they are entering.  If they go on blind faith that they are entering something, the form does not recognize it as such and says the field is empty.  

Look like there are some css conflict with your site template causing the error. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and link to the form

We will check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
