Good morning

I'm using Payment Form.  In the donation form I can separate
years.  In payment form I can't.  I only want to export one year at 
a time in payment form's but can't.  When I unpublish the year I
don't want the system say successfully  unpublished but it never did.
In donation form I can do all of this.

Is there some place else I need to be able to do this or is there a glitch
in the softeare.

Hi Richard

1. We do not support date filters in Payment Management at the moment, so it is not possible to export payment records from within a date range (in a year for example). Something I will support for in the future

2. We do not allow unpublish payment records unless it is using offline payment. The reason is simple: If you already paid for the payment, I don't see any reasons to mark it as unpaid
