Thank you for your time and consideration.
Attempting to obtain front and back Check when payment is by check. I created custom "File" fields which appear to enable the selection but there is presentation of the selected file.
When the client select the file for upload, I would like her/him to be able to see what they are uploading before submitting the payment.
CURRENT FORM
Attachment 1 - is a representation of how the form will appear
Attachment 2 - provides additional information about the site.
Below when I selected the Attachment, your form presented image of the attachment.
