Using DPS (PX Pay) with Payment Form

Hi,

I have purchased Payment Form expecting to be able to use DPS PX Pay as the payment option. I may of misunderstood this as I have installed but DPS is not in the payment plugin list.

Do I need to also purchase the "DMS DPS Px Pay" plugin? Or is this only for Joom Donation?


Basically I want to have a form that the customer will put in very basic information and type in the amount they have been informed by the client they should be paying (will vary as is for a service that does not have set rates) and have this integrate with "PX Pay Interface for the Hosted Payments Package" i.e.

Payment Form extension only comes with Paypal, Authorize.net, Eway payment gateway by default. If you want to use it with DPS PX Pay payment gateway, you will need to purchase the payment plugin here :

Thanks. I have setup Payment form and installed the DPS plugin but I cannot seem to get the form to process payment.

I have set the Fix option to yes it was going to blank index page but now it goes to blank page id 145.

Any ideas on what could be going wrong? I have re-checked that the correct PX username and key are in the plugin settings.

Thanks for your help with the DPS plugin. I can now connect and make a payment.

However email messages are not being generated and also once a payment is processed there is no record created within the "Payments Management"?

Please can you help?

Also once the payment is made the return page goes to a 404 error. I have tried a number of different config settings still with no success.

As replied in the support ticket, you installed the wrong payment plugin (you installed the payment plugin for DMS, not for Payment Form) . I just updated your site with the correct payment plugin and everything is working fine now .
