Tag for Payment Processing Fee

Hi 

1. I would like to include Paymnet Processing Fee into the invoice , could you please advise what is the tag for it ? 
2. Could you please advise how to show balance zero when the paymnet is fully paid on the invoice ?
Curently only staus of the invoice shows PAID , but the total amount still shows.  Is there any way to show balance ZERO on the invoice when the client is fully paid the invoice ? Thank you

1. You can use [PAYMENT_PROCESSING_FEE] tag

2. Sorry but we do not have an option like that. We just show the amount users pay for the payment, there is nothing called balance zero like that in the system

Hi Tuan,

I tried adding [PAYMENT_PROCESSING_FEE] tag in my invoice but it broke the procedure and did not send an invoice or show the transaction in "Payments". Took it back out and everything worked again.

I would also like tags to separate late fee from item subtotal.

No clue why it happens. The tag works well here for us. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and tell us what we need to do to see the error

We are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted

It's working today! No idea why.

The only changes I made were some firewall adjustments to give you super admin access.
