I have a different problem now, hope it is ok to continue this thread:
When the payment plugin is published my homepage becomes unresponsive and loses the plot completely! As soon as i turn it off then all works fine.
I spoke to the template company and they said:
"You may need to contact the extension support for more information, the plugin somehow changes the width to fixed 940px, which is a default width of a section with .container class. It may be adding a section that is not responsive, causing layout problems"
Any idea what might cause this please?

Hello Richard
Go to Payment Form -> Configuration, set :
- Load twitter bootstrap config option to No
- Set Twitter Bootstrap Version to Twitter Bootstrap Version 3
After that, check it again. It should work
