I have a problem with Payment Form used with SP Builder. Not working anymore

Hello,I hope that you will be able to help me for that issue.

I am using Payment Form to create my landing pages using Joomla and the extension SP Builder.

For months I was able to use Payment form modules in Sp Builder. Everythin was fine. Since the version 6.2.0 I cannot add a Payment Form module anymore.I have several existing pages with a module coming from the extension Payment Form. Now when I try to add a such module in SP Builder it does not work. I am able to add modules from other extensions like Convert Forms. So I guess it is a problem with Payment Form.Do you have any idea what is going on? It is very important to me to create my landing pages because I ask for a deposit for the photo sessions.Thanks for your help
