Payment forms-custom fields-"force to match"

In Payment Forms - Custom Fields, I need to confirm email addresses that are entered. I enabled the "force to match" hoping that this would work.
Using the "force to match" creates the second field although there is no "does not match" or prompt that advises the user that the email addresses or fields do NOT match.
Can you help or guide me?

Force to match is not something we support in Payment Form, so maybe, it's a custom modification someone added to your site for you
