I have created the form as required to collect payment for window cleaning services. However when I submit it does not go to paypal. However it does generate email saying that customer has paid. Paypal plug in is enabled. Any suggestions would be most welcome
Users should be redirected to PayPal for processing payment. Maybe something wrong on your site and it causes the error. You can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and link to the form
