Where to remove in above form text

Tried to find the text and file which responsible for text in above form. And i could't manage find. Could you please help me?

The text "Please enter information on this form to make payment for [form name] . The amount you need to pay is $0.00 "

Please go Payment Form -> Configuration, look at Messages tab, you will see the message and can change it to meet your need
